Description
The long 2021 growing season created a stressful rollercoaster of ripening. It allowed the vines to ripen and rest and produce very fruits bursting with flavor. The winemaking philosophy is "do no harm" with minimal inputs.
Stainless steel fermented, no malolactic fermentation the wine sees minimal oxidation during processing, cold long fermentations.
Bright tropical floral notes on front, lush body on the palate and clean finish.
