Head High Wines Sonoma County Pinot Noir 2019
USA, Sonoma County
Pinot Noir
RRP CA$27.10
Description
We saw a long, cool growing season in 2019, allowing the fruit to have extended hang time, giving the wine a sense of equilibrium and balance. 2019 shines as the year of true-to-form Pinot Noir with an abundance of high-quality fruit to choose from to make the final blend which included fruit from 5 Sonoma County vineyards. The blend showcases the fog blanketed sites with the warmer vineyards situated inland on the valley floor producing a bone-dry wine made with minimal winemaker intervention. It expresses a pure, unadulterated Pinot Noir made true to the varietal expression.
