Description
The grapes for this distinct Chardonnay were harvested in the cool morning hours to preserve freshness and acidity, then fermented on predominantly French oak with a small portion of American oak Traditional winemaking techniques lead the way, including aging on the lees to impart a silky, weighty texture, also aided by allowing most of the Chardonnay lots to undergo malolactic fermentation before final blending, showcasing an elegant and bright wine that is a great representation of the personality of our California vineyards.
